@Cheese9Man Rampart needs a second passive and slight tactical buff and she'll be in a great spot

- @soccerking122 I hate that Rampart's passive is limited to only one type of gun.
@Cheese9Manright she should be better with every gun, sounds ballanced
- @damsonwhufndthis A complete rework would be better. Her passive as a quick reload and an extended mag is just lazy tbh.
