Re: When buying hero characters in the game, I clicked the token payment by mistake.

Last night when I was on the game page, I wanted to see the hero properties, but I ended up paying with tokens instead of game coins. I regret that these tokens were originally used to buy passes, and now I can only look at this season's passes and not get them

@tfenghua Hey there, with these type of situations you have to be careful with what you are choosing. There are methods in place such as verifying the buy that stop mistakes from happening. As you are prompted with multiple messages asking are you sure you wish to use this currency to buy this item. As far as i know this is not something they do refunds on.
