@E9ine_AC Yep, you're right! Good call. I was thinking the Year 1 badge was an exception, but I just saw this in an article that was posted announcing the year 1 anniversary event.
"All players who log in between Feb. 4 and Feb. 11 will receive a Year 1 Oragami Flyer gun charm, a Year 1 loyalty badge and an extra 10,000 XP, a perk that will available every day throughout the duration of the event."
@Kimsoner You would have needed to log in during that span between Feb 4 - Feb 11 during that event, in order to receive the corresponding Year 1 rewards. If you don't have the badge, I'm guessing you did not log in during that time, but if you think that is not correct, you could always still reach out to customer support.
