Reached level 500 no heirloom shards
Reached level 500 no heirloom shards, and EA suppoor won't even let me open a case it just loops me into the "choose a game for support" page

Reaching level 500 does not mean you have opened 500 Apex packs. You're probably due pretty soon, though, if you have been finishing battle passes, collecting all treasure packs every season, and event prize tracks along the way.
- @onepumpman52 Sadly you are only guaranteed 199 apex packs by the time you reach lvl 500. Buying the battle pass will increase that to about 299 I believe. However, you would have to be very unlucky to have to use the failsafe of guaranteed heirloom at 500 packs.
