Regarding PS4 version shotgun underutilization, AR and SMG hip fire strength.

@soraoka623 PS4 does not do 60 FPS. It's more like 40 or 45 tops.

As for the shotgun vs smg, I see a lot of pred level players rocking shotguns and peak shooting like panda said. I also see people using smgs. Both are viable and quite balances. The scenario you gave where 3 preds have you surrounded you'd die to shotguns too.

@hayhor I've rarely seen pred using a shotgun, and I've never seen a shotgun in pred's death box. Or rather, I've never been able to resupply shotgun ammo from an enemy's death box.
