So... I think someone else logged into my account.

I logged into my account and found that a lot of legends had different skins equipped, at first I thought nothing of it. But then I realized I had Revenant unlocked. The problem was I didn't have enough legend points to unlock a legend the last time I logged out. Then I checked my legend banners, found out some badges were suddenly unlocked without me knowing. And one other thing, I left my account at level 119, now it's level 125. Now my question is: Did someone else logged into my account? Is there any way I can check?

  • @Redirektt Change your password, put 2FA on your account, change your email password, probably check something like haveibeenpwned.

    You can download your EA data by going here, https://help.ea.com/en/, clicking 'accounts' then 'account security', then 'Your EA Data', click the only button there is, wait 10 minutes, refresh the page because it doesn't do it on its own, then download it. Open it with notepad or something, it will tell you recent logins from which location.

    Should probably get in touch with live support too tbqhwy fam, they might be able to help you out.

    I don't know if you notice, but Jakarta and Zhengzhou are pretty far apart XD. I'm gonna try getting in touch with support and see what they can do. But if I'm being completely honest, creating a new account might be a better move as I haven't put any money into this account, but I don't know, I guess bringing this up to support is worth a try. Thank you for the answer BTW.

    Hey @Redirektt, for concerns such as this I would recommend that you speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

     

    You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

    To  speak with a chat or phone adviser:

    Click on your product Origin

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'

    Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.

  • @EA_Darko I've been trying to do that since yesterday but the site currently seems to not be working. Is this a known issue or am I doing something wrong? after I pick Manage my Account > Hacked account and then click Select contact Option, it just gives me a progress circle and then nothing happens.

    Hey @Redirektt, have you ensured that you have disabled any pop-up blockers or browser extensions so that nothing is blocking the chat.

    It's no harm trying it in a different browser to see if you have the same issue.
