What happened? Do people just not bother learning a game anymore or what?Every game I play has been, 90% of the time, has involved people that just do not know how to play this game. There are hundreds of videos online to help new.players, there's the training area, hell, even Respawn has a tips and tricks section to the forum and yet there are so many people just refusing to learn the game! It is more than looting you know! You have to actually learn how to move in firefights. How to shoot. I even had a player who didn't know the game had learnable spray patterns to the guns! Jesus people! Learn it before playing!

Your a loser if you expect other people to "study" a game. Some folks are here for fun and have 0 aspirations of anything more than just distressing at the end of the day.

It looks like every post you make these days is a complaint targeted at the community.When your squad is looting you could provide them cover.Get a mic and talk to them in a passive manner and not aggressively or condescendingly like you're doing on the forum.I feel there's more to this than just your input.

I just hate those players that starts calling others idiots. Once both teammates were down in middle of smoke and I was looking to see if path was clear to reach them, and one teammate started calling me idiot for the delay. My solution was so simple, left the game without helping that real idiot.This is team game, and for that respect is required.

I'm 46-years-old. If the OP thinks I am going to sit here and watch videos, and read guides, and study the ins and outs of a PvP game before I play it, he is out of his frigging mind. I play a video game to relax and have fun, whether it's a PvP game like Overwatch or Apex, or an MMO like WoW. Anything I need to learn, I will learn in the game through trial and error. If he doesn't like that, he can just continue to get bent, because I'm not sifting through a bunch of videos and written guides studying some video game for his, or anyone's, enjoyment. I'm playing them purely for my own enjoyment.

We were all noobs in the beginning :eahigh_file:
You can't really blame other people, they only try there best even if this is just dying at least they tried.
Not everyone has good game knowledge and aiming skills.
We all have the same goal at the beginning of the game: Becoming the Apex Champion.
There are few things that can help you achieve this.
Join a LFG discord, here you will find "better" players and you can make better call outs.
Use the ping system / in-game voice, then they know what you are going to do and adjust there play style on you moves.
I know it can be frustrating to get matched with low levels and i myself get sometimes annoyed.
But know they are just learning the game and they can throw the game but you took this risk by queueing alone.

I feel you, but free-to-play games should come with free-to-play expectations. It's not rare to see someone pay a subscription for a game they don't care about playing well in, let alone this.
I am fairly certain there are people who play CSGO and still don't know about spray patterns. Since Apex Legends doesn't yet have a skill metric you have to accept that you could end up with those same kinds of players when you choose to join solo.
Edit: Also this game is only 23 days old. Crucial info to remember. In an ideal world where nobody ever has to go to work and everyone is a pro gamer, things might have been different. But it isn't.
I still can't understand people who scoff when they see single/double figure recorded kills at the start of the game when in reality, that person probably has hundreds on their preferred legend. Likewise with peoples attitudes toward new players despite being new themselves, but only slightly less new. I'd rather team with a level 1 who has years of experience with CSGO than a level 100 who has only been playing shooters since Apex.

I don't mind people who are level 1 providing they have a grasp on the game to begin with or have at least tried out the training mode first (which everyone should do!). I, too, would prefer to squad up with someone that has hundreds of hours in CSGO but a really low rank, it shows their ability in shooters but it's about the people that are just winging it.

I understand how annoyed you are.
But there is little to no there can be done about for now.
Maybe later there can be a improved queue system.
I'm just picturing the 15y old me playing league of legends.
I didn't knew anything about the game but i just tried things and learning that way.
Playing serious began only when i lost interest or stopped leaning and still had questions.
Maybe joining a discord can solve this problem for now or find some other friends.

@AzGoshawk it's the best solution to any problem.

I my self leave all the time when I am downed due to squad members delibertly dropping some where else or just try to bait out enemies using me as bait.
