There are other zones in World's Edge. Every single match my random commits to a building in fragment with 20 other enemies..no one gets a gun and we get sent back to lobby just to do it againIf I get jumpmaster my teammates will launch alone into the same building as my previous match, die, and I'm solo now..It's gotten to the point where I don't play until a different map is up..

yep, my trash randoms always choose fragment. They get doo doo'd on right away and leave the game. It's like a kid that plays peewee but he saw the pros play in the majors and thought they could do it too, but in reality, they just get bodyslammed back to the lobby. Not sure how they find any enjoyment doing that over and over.

@fishcereal In any given pubs match in World's Edge 80% of the dropship is already out the plane by the time it crosses over Fragment and 50% of that goes there. I'm sick of it too.

@DarthValtrex Because it's streamer building? Monkey see - monkey do.

@DarthValtrex The best of videos on YouTube are the real issue. They always start with a hot drop. If people watched the same people stream their 8 hour session of game time needed to get that one game they would see the streamer die continuously.

@fishcereal If there is little time remaining on WE I wait the timer out or go play an AR. Otherwise I drop into WE solo, I end up living longer. I think the randoms must like the snack machines in Fragment?

@fishcereal In any given pubs match in World's Edge 80% of the dropship is already out the plane by the time it crosses over Fragment and 50% of that goes there. I'm sick of it too.

Just wait. Eventually Fragment will be out of rotation, and they'll have World's Edge in there.

@fishcereal Agreed! It can be fun every once in a while but every match it gets old.

Even when I get the good gun and kill the people who drop near me. I end up getting killed by the team who dropped some place with decent loot because.. I have no heals, low ammo or something.

I get the appeal for hot drops but frag just ain't fun most matches.

My solution has been to just leave the matches when people drop there. They'll get the message sooner or later if their teammates keep leaving on them.

@DarthValtrex I hope one day you are right about that. But seems to be taking too long lol. I leave every time once I've hit the 4 in a row mark at Frag. Which takes exactly...... 4 matches haha...no joke!
I have had a handful of times where I get a message sent to me asking why I left, or cutting me down for leaving etc.... till I say simply, "I refuse to jump to Frag for the 12th straight time." Usually they either apologize, or say something along the lines or "ok, ya, I hear ya."

I don't understand why ppl think that someone would be ok with landing Frag, 10 times in a row or every time, would be fun? When I am finally jump master (even then I back out cause I ping and jump somewhere other than Frag, and my teammates leave anyway to go to Frag.)
Super frustrating. Like many others on this forum, I just turn it off when WE is in rotation (as well as SP) and come back to play Olympus. : )

If I'm dropping fragment I usually try to land little bit off. Be it in the hole next to the building with the respawn beacon on top, at the bottom, or at the edge of town. But it is pretty much just rng who wins. Sometimes it goes really well, most of the times your get a grey sniper stock or something equally useful and meet 2 people with r99 and pk.

I would like a few more grenade types on that map too to get some more utility.

Select "drop solo." Learn to move without being seen. Learn to engage when you can identify a player who has strayed from their squadmates. Learn how to loot without getting killed. Survive until there are only three squads left. Wait for the other two squads to engage each other. Shoot into the fray. Win match. Or not. At least you'll learn something.

Would you want to play every single match this way? Probably not. But there are valuable skill sets to be developed in this way - skill sets that can lead to solo wins, and can make squad wins easier and more fun. Imo, when you stop being willing to try and learn more about the game, that's when it stops being interesting.

@NickBeam27 What I don't understand.. People drop there for the broken up building. Yet, there are other areas of WE that have some really fun areas to play.
