If I'm dropping fragment I usually try to land little bit off. Be it in the hole next to the building with the respawn beacon on top, at the bottom, or at the edge of town. But it is pretty much just rng who wins. Sometimes it goes really well, most of the times your get a grey sniper stock or something equally useful and meet 2 people with r99 and pk.
I would like a few more grenade types on that map too to get some more utility.
