Idk I think there is only two legends who need nerfs. (And no I don't care about the octane buff) And that's caustic and mirage.
The guns I think are just fine as they are. You just have to learn their fire rates. The biggest issue is about 85% of the general players are either just not good at how high paced this game is, they don't understand the movement, their aim is generally bad, they don't utilize their abilities in beneficial ways, and they don't understand how to work as a team.
