Stop whining, start exploring and adapting!

I'm enjoying some aspects of it, other aspects not so much. The buildings are absolutely obnoxious and a headache to traverse through.You can't have buildings that are time consuming to clear in this type of game. Your time to loot them is limited. I'll see if it improves at all as I continue to play and learn the map. But it's not looking good, a lot of these buildings do not flow, you can't run through them with out having to back track. Back tracking takes up time and time is precious in this game. 

This map is definitely going to be a sniper heaven. In all honesty that's the last thing we need, there are a host of snipe heavy games on the market already. So if this turns into even more of a sniping game my play time will decline even more than it already has. I'll just go back to BFV when I'm in the mood for FPS.

For me it is whining, and that's my opinion.

To claim that everything is bad, not even 12 hours after the update, has nothing to do with objective criticism, especially after the dev's pointed out that it was their intention to change the meta.

I agree that the loot should be improved, but that's nothing, that could not be corrected easily.

The map is fantastic, it's way more dynamic than the old map.

If you don't like sniping? you don't have to do it. Closed range is still viable. R99, Peacekeeper are still strong, together with the new king Eva with hop up.

This map is complex and provide plenty of cover spots. It's easy to run and close the gap if CQC is something you prefer.

Btw, for those who are reluctant to change, I suggest game this game for you guys: Tetris. There is no "meta", no sudden change of playstyle. Love the game.

Why? you should try PUBG. In the game, there are 5 storey building, each floor has about 5-7 small rooms to clear.

The thing is, you dont have to clear every single building you pass by. It's not the main objective of BR game.

Loot whatever you can find, and fight with anything you have on hand.

Yea, BFV is a simpler game. It offers instant chaotic fights as soon as you get into the game. EA pack as many actions as it could into the game.

And the winning is ... bland. it does not give a special feeling like Apex does.

Probably you are right and it is not such an issue. We simply just do not know for now, where the open loot is located exactly because we do not have much experiece with the new landing zones. I am sure we will talk differently about it after 50 - 100 matches.

Well the loot feels quite scarce on the new map, as if it's the same amount of loot in all that bigger area. But the main problem is that we don't know the loot spots yet, so looting is excruciatingly slow and many lootpaths end in a dead end XD (exactly the same thing happened in february in King's canyon). First step - find the purple loot areas, second step - find the guaranteed purple spawn points. After figuring that out, the game will feel a lot faster and we'll probably have enough time to collect enough shield cells and meds (so far this seems to be the major issue in most of my games). Also, I wonder if there's a different way to get a vault key than just from the flying boxes... So far, I haven't gotten it even once (3 golden boxes destroyed) and I haven't even seen the vault opened at all.
