game crashing fov looks grainy and get error #426 if I click on BP tab. Literally can't play after I updated. Always the same thing. Game gets worse after each update.

Please take what I’m about to say as feedback from other players posts and some of my own experiences with the game. As much as I enjoy playing apex it almost seems that you guys have started to go down hill since season 4 and if you continue this way, you’re going to eventually die out like fortnite is doing. What happened to listening to your community? Although I don’t experience too many problems during gameplay, it does seem that season 4 has become full of bugs, glitches, game errors and crashes. A lot of people getting kicked out of games. This new update event is ok but in many aspects quite disappointing. The first thing would be the rewards/store items. In your description of the event you gave the impression that people would be able to actually earn all the items in the event store but instead you’ve made it so you can earn all the crap and anything worth having you basically have to buy with real money. I get it, you need to make money but why have you changed this from one of the first events you made where players who couldn’t afford to spend tons of money could at least earn two apex packs for a chance to get an event item. Your rewards in the points challenges are not worth the grind. Anyone that’s been playing from any previous season with the battle pass is already going to have better skins than what you’re offering for completing challenges. You would think now being four seasons in you’d know you have to 1 up the previous season which you could argue that you did with the map but at the cost of crap battle pass rewards. Also, your third partying precautions haven’t really stopped anything. Looting bins have become almost impossible even after this update. Tells you that you can loot stuff when you’re backpack is full but won’t let you swap things out without difficulties and sometimes it will swap the gun you don’t even have equipped which them leaves you trying to pick everything back up off the floor and sorting out all your attachments again all while being shot at. People are getting penalties for being kicked out of ranked matches due to server problems which granted could be their fault at times but surely you have the technology to know if it’s an error or an intentional abandonment. Also, changing the backpack sizes and loot ratios, why? What was the point? You’ve introduced the sentinel that requires batteries but now reduced how many you can carry. One throwable per inventory slot, why was 2 suddenly way too many? Also, going back to penalties, why is this only in ranked when more people will disband in regular mode the moment they go down. Also, I think that people should not be able to jump solo until you’re a certain distance from the ground because the amount of ransoms that won’t ping/suggest a place to land and the next thing you know all 3 of you are in separate places and they die and you’re left playing the whole game by yourself which is great when you run into a full squad. Some of this is not in your control but in my opinion you’re just not listening to your audience the same way you use to. 

in a nutshell, fix penalties. 
fix bugs/glitches/hackers

fix loot bins

make it so people who can’t afford to spend tons of money on the game still have a chance to get at least 1 or 2 rewards from the events store.

also, what’s happening with these heirloom shards? I’ve open 3 apex packs since the event and haven’t received a single shard so what’s the drop rate?

one last thing, challenges:

new weekly challenges dropped right before the event so I thought I’d wait to do challenges in the new event mode. Once I installed the update and started the game I was instantly rewarded two battle pass tiers which is because you said I completed two of last weeks challenges but then took away the 1bp reward from two of my challenges this week.

@peterstearn I read constructive criticism and was expecting that but just got another person who complains about Respawn not being able to push out all the issues in the game and pave way to an instant 100% full proof fun free game.

Constructive would've lead to some ideas being thrown from you at them on how they could compensate for losing out on money and offering solutions to the rest of the issues. 

The rest I won't comment on because clearly you either didn't watch the dev stream (only 20minutes, not long) or you didn't bother to read patch notes, or you just started this game this season and thus, welcome to the community but pls be more mindful on what you say and what issues you bring up because most of them are being worked on and as for offering MORE free items to players who don't want to spend a single dime on the game, go somewhere else with that. 

The game needs to make money, they don't have a tree in their HQ that grows funds. We have to supply that. those 2 skins someone wants? It's only $14. It's not much. Don't be cheap, even I, someone who loves to save money, has spent a couple of $$ on this game to support it. 

also just because it seems you're a bit lazy to search some things up, the shard drop rate is still the same as a heirloom drop, <1%. 

You are welcome to stick to your simple ways but details go a long way

I have been playing from launch and no I don’t always read patch notes and I do not expect respawn to magically pull a full fix out of their *. I too have spent money on the game and I’m not expecting to have everything for free. However, there are people who don’t earn thousands of £’s to buy all the items in the store which you had to do in order to obtain any heirloom until they just released these shards. 

As for the bugs and errors etc, I actually don’t tend to have too many problems during gameplay other than with the bins. I do however read the forums every day and see post after post of pretty much all the same problems which most have been since the drop of season 4

If we want to limit how many grenade, we can simply limit how many slot can be used to store grenade on backpack : 

- Regular backpack : Max 1 slot , 2 grenades

- Blue backpack      : Max 2 slot , 4 grenades

- Purple backpack  : Max 3 slot,  6 grenades.

If you want to be extreme:

- Regular backpack : Max 1 grenades

- Blue backpack      : Max 2 grenades

- Purple backpack   : Max 3  grenades.

And keep everything else the same.
