@Axs5626Sxa5001 I’m not saying low skill vs low skill is not sweaty for low skill players. But low skill players make bone head mistakes.. things like going for revives when they need to be finishing off the final enemy squad member. Higher skill players won’t do that..
Yes, I hear you.
My point remains that the experience for both (low and high skill players), is similar in that most to all matches are stressful/close due to the small skill gap.
And again— this is fine so long as it isn’t the ONLY experience the game affords the player base. I want sweaty matches because I enjoy them. But I (and others) also want the ability to play non-stressful matches.
- @Axs5626Sxa5001 Well it’s important to know that with 20 squads you have a 5% chance of winning. That means you have a 95% chance of getting slaughtered at some point. If you’re an above average player your stats should be better overall.
That said I’m a gold ranked player for now. I’ve gone into diamond with my diamond friends. We’ve had rounds that just seemed easy. Things just constantly went right for us. Then you have rounds in which you get melted.. it’s just part of a BR.
I think non-ranked is harder in part because people are more aggressive. I’m not worried about RP. So I’ll go into a fight I should probably lose, guns blazing.. i also push everything I hear and in general just want to kill everything I see. When it’s ranked I’m a tad more conservative with my play. I’m also more concerned about getting flanked in ranked and other things. It all leads to a much more cautious play and less aggressive.
Non ranked I don’t care.. if my squads down and all 3 enemy are up still.. i’ll run in there and try to down them all. Ranked if my squad mates are down, I’ll pop smoke grab their banners and run.
