Unlink PlayStation account
I have tried all the other suggested fixes on here, and nothing works.
I have an old account linked to my mail, i want it gone so i can link up my new ps4 account. Same e-mail, because when i tried to log into the old one, i was told there was no ps4 account connected to that mail, and i had to create a new one.
On the account management, the box to click "link" or "unlink" is non-existant for PlayStation. I get EVERYTHING else, but ps.
It does not work with the links you guys provide for others, because it takes me back to account management where i can do absolutely nothing.
I try to create a case by finding my problem and then creating a case, but that is also something im, appearently, denied from having access to do.
I going in circles here, and im losing it.
There is no "crate a case so you can talk to someone" , there is NO chat, no e-mail, no contact whatsoever. How can i fix this?
Im considering applying for a new position at your business, just so that i am able to actually talk to someone.

Try these steps to contact an advisor:
- Go to https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/
- Type EA Account into the search field
- Select the EA Account tile
- Click on See more topics
- Click on 'I need to update my EA account information'
- Click on the option for chat
