I am confused . there is basically 0 content for this battle pass.
why am I paying 10$ for this battle pass?
can someone tell me . I don't see anything I can earn buy paying 10$ ?
is this a crowd fund me page or something ?
@VisualfEX yeah exactly, for 10 bucks it is worth it when people will spend 10 bucks on 10 apex packs.. I reckon a lot of the people complaining were never going to spend money on the game anyway. You get a battlepass with all that contains and the opportunity to earn the coins back and spend them on whatever.
It's lackluster, but it's definitely in line with any of their other cosmetic things. I was more hoping for a ranked system or something beyond the initial 100 lvls I have already earned, or some gameplay enhancing things, so I understand the disappointment people are feeling.
The only way to get packs is by shelling out the cash. You don’t get any past lvl 100. So the only progression in game past lvl 100 is pay walled. This is the reason I for one will not spend a dime on packs. I’ll buy the terribly trash season pass cause I love the game and support these devs. But this is starting to stink of an EA money grab and I’m not cool with it. I mean at least other F2P games have some sort of super grindy route you can take if necessary. But this game is literally holding anyone down that doesn’t have extra money to throw at the game. Not cool.
the content with the pass is very underwhelming. the upgraded version does not give you more content
it's seamingly a bogo deal though. you get 1k Apex Coin by season pass level 97 and presumably the next season will be the same price.... hopefully
Underwhelming is an understatement. The point of a battle pass is to give people the chance to unlock unique things that are wanted. Not god awful skins that most people don't want. My guess is they didn't want to put in the work to make flashy, good looking, skins for legends and weapons because they want those things in the store. That's okay. It just means I'll avoid every battle pass. The only cool-ish thing is the havoc skin and I rarely pick that weapon up, only touch it if a turbocharger is nearby. Not paying any amount of money to grind for a level 100 to unlock one thing.

They have a way to get some free packs and a skin as they stated... granted not much for 3 months worth but they also have shop game currency items rotating in the shop all the time I mean your demand is laughably dumb csgo the only guns you got free were scratched and rusted up guns, except for the occasional decent one every 100 games. And I haven't played lol in years but from what I remember they had majority of skins behind a paywall with no way to get them free.. your expectations are pretty stupid.
All that said im disappointed in the detail of the skins, the character skins should of had effort put into them, not just face paint. But the free coins still make it a value.
If you dont think the pass is worth it, then dont buy it. That simple.
