Wrongful Account Ban Issue Affects Many New Apex Players

I  got banned for "gameplay enhancement" and honestly i dont understand why. Played this game for the longest time and not even cheating or anything and even after appeal they still ban me. I find it really unfair that in this account I have spent a lot of money and time to grind and they just ban me just like that? And worst part I deny all the accusation that I am doing any gameplay enhancement.

I’m really speechless. I’ve read plenty of posts talking about cheating issues, yet actual cheaters remain unbanned while innocent new players like me get banned. Is this just to pad your anti-cheat data?

So many new players get banned after just a few hours of play and never come back. Do you just ban fresh accounts to fill up your public ban lists, only targeting genuine newbies instead of real rule-breakers?

Those real cheaters are still running wild and ruining the game for honest players, but you fail to detect and ban them. Are you really letting innocent new players take the fall instead?

There are indeed many cheaters in our region who keep creating new accounts to cheat after being banned. Still, it’s unfair to ban all new accounts without distinction. I hate cheating deeply and can’t accept getting banned just because I use a domestic IP address.

As someone who strongly opposes cheats, I feel really upset being wrongly labeled a cheater. I have never received such a ban in any other game. I only played for three hours, and I don’t want this game marked as banned for cheating in my game library, which is really insulting to me.

Genuine cheaters will never post appeals here; they just make new accounts to keep cheating. I sincerely hope the officials can review my case and unban my account as soon as possible.

Could the game officials kindly unban my account? I sincerely swear I have never used any cheats. I really wish I could continue playing this game during my short holiday break.
