If you feel an action was placed on your account incorrectly, you'll need to create an appeal with these steps so our Terms of Service team can take another look. They'll have the tools and records necessary to review this for you.

If you have already appealed once, you're welcome to appeal again and a different member of the ToS team will review the situation again. We are unable to make any changes or discuss details of your account here on the forums, but please keep an eye on your case history page once that appeal is created and the ToS team will reach back out once that review is complete. I’m really speechless. I’ve read plenty of posts talking about cheating issues, yet actual cheaters remain unbanned while innocent new players like me get banned. Is this just to pad your anti-cheat data?

So many new players get banned after just a few hours of play and never come back. Do you just ban fresh accounts to fill up your public ban lists, only targeting genuine newbies instead of real rule-breakers?

Those real cheaters are still running wild and ruining the game for honest players, but you fail to detect and ban them. Are you really letting innocent new players take the fall instead?
