没有第24赛季下半分赛的终极+通行证的奖励
我在2025年3月25日购买了24赛季下半分赛的终极+战斗通行证，但是我没有获取到相应的奖励，如图2我的生涯24赛季下半分赛的战斗通行证等级是1，并没有获得额外的奖励和10级的等级，我联系EA客服，EA客服说无法补发也无法退款，
