Название: Apex Cross Progression not working – Steam Level 57, PS5 Level 3
Hello. I have a problem with Apex Legends Cross Progression.
My Steam account My Little Pony666 has my main Apex Legends progress: Level 57, skins and other items.
My PSN account Kriptofor shows a different Apex profile at Level 3.
I linked both accounts to the same EA Account:
Steam: My Little Pony666
PlayStation Network: Kriptofor
EA ID: julia14881312
However, when I launch Apex on PS5, I still see the Level 3 profile instead of my Level 57 Steam progress.
Also, if Apex is running on PS5 and I try to launch Apex through Steam, I receive a message saying that my account is already being used on another device. This suggests that EA recognizes both platforms as belonging to the same account, but the progression is still different.
I have not unlinked either account because I don't want to risk losing my progress.
Could you please help me understand why Cross Progression is not synchronizing my Level 57 Steam profile with PS5 and what I should do?
julia14881312 Your Apex progress is stored on the EA Account it was earned/progressed on, so its possible that you had linked your platform account(s) to the wrong EA Account.
