try go to NVDIA control panel choice APEX.exe turn off "image sharpening" ;FAXX  on;Anti-aliasing mode application-controlled.

i had the same issue before and i test 3 days.hope it will work on your PC.

Holy !! man you just fix the problem. This man right here fix the problem having a nvidia graphics.
