1 player in Q

I got hacked then got my account back to see it was banned. then i got the ban overturned to finally have my account and whenever i try to queue up into a match it keeps saying 1 player in queue until i get disconnected from being idle. When i use my alt account it works fine and i can play apex. Ive been looking at the forums and i have seen people with this issue is there a fix?

I have the same issue for 9 months now, there is a fix but EA will do nothing about it.

EA_Mari i know you were able to fix this issue in the past but i cant reply on that anymore. Do you think you can help me and other people experiencing this?
