1 player queue

lowkey kinda fed up with this. i’ve been trying to contact ea in every way possible. there’s no live chat, there’s no phone number, and the community managers seem to be the only way to get the “word” along. 

i am in a death loop of queuing. i can not get into a game nor fireing range. i have gone to every server available to me and still nothing. i’ve looked up and down these forums for an answer ive looked on youtube. AND I TRIED CONTACTING THE **bleep** PEOPLE IN CHARGE. i cant make a case i cant talk to anyone but these community mangers and that to me is the craziest thing. how is your ai bot just sending people to forums and self help sites. I NEED HELP FROM THE COMPANY. 

i like some help and if anyone knows anything i can do other then what i have stated above i’d appreciate it. i’m a day one apex player and i just want to feel the game again man :(
