1 players in queue

My friend got ban uplifted because he was falsely banned and now he cant queue into a game anymore can anyone help with this

I'm currently stuck in the same problem! And the won't email me back.

So on my main account i can login and go to the menu and all but when trying to go into any gamemode im just stuck in "queue" firing range, ranked etc, even if im in a party the party wont be able to queue into anything with me in it, if i switch accounts the problem fixes itself and i can play with no problems so its only on this one specific account? ive asked EA if im shadow banned or something and they claim i should have no issues what so ever on this account, has anyone had a similar problem?

Ok I'm starting to get pissed off at you guys I mean this is the 5th message and I didn't even get a text back like come on now this is stupid I don't even know now I mean I like apex legends but you guys need to do a better job at helping people out like this sucks that I have to send another message saying that I need help that is so dumb! I've been stuck on the loading queue trying to get into a match and I still can't like come on now this is stupid I've been waiting for feedback for 2 weeks now from you guys that is so dumb!

Hey I have been trying to play apex legends on my switch 2 and every time I try to load a match it keeps on saying 1 players in queue if you guys can help me out with that that would be greatly appreciated!

I have the same issue. I’m 543 pred too. I’m not in enough to keep it for 8 more days. I asked ea and they were kinda no help cause literally nothing works. I’m just hoping I wake up tmrw and it’s fixed at this point. Except my one day suspension was a like the 11th but now I’m in queue purgatory 

Soo I got suspended for 1 day, no reason given. Now the suspensions lifted and my account is in matchmaking purgatory (1 player in que) for every mode even firing range. I've tried everything and spoken to ea support to no avail. Someone pls help me, or im gonna lose pred 💀
