Community ManagerHey @FreeMarmalade if you are seeing packet loss then this would point to a network or ISP issue.
First thing to try is going through our connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/
It is also worth speaking with your ISP to see if there is anything they can recommend to improve your connection.
