193 to 30 FPS drop.

First of all, I am a Japanese player playing in Japan.  
I am participating in the forum using translation.  
I downloaded Apex on Steam.

Recently, while playing Apex, I have been experiencing severe FPS drops, with FPS dropping tremendously from 193 to between 30 and 50.  
I have tried to resolve this by referring to YouTube, various sites, and EA's official help, but the FPS drops have not been resolved.
