2 heirlooms for the same legend

Question

hey i just packed my first heirloom shards and i tried the new black friday pack. it says no duplicates but they gave me both of wraiths knives. which is the exact same one with diffrent outlines i dont know if this is a bug or it when it said no dupes that doesnt mean to heirlooms from the same legend. but this is very frustrating since i paid 200$ just so i can buy the pack in time

with all due respect. this is not acceptable. its a recolor. how is that fair for me or anyones else who gets that one. i can understand with Cryptos one ,but Wraith's kunai is identical to the original one. with the same animation and voice line. and its not like i had it the original one before, i got them both back to back. the whole point of buying the pack is to get it in diffrent legends

@overpowred Sadly, its not a bug. What you got was Wraith's original and recolor Heirlooms.

For it to be considered a duplicate, both would have to be either Wraith's original Heirloom OR Wraith's recolor Heirloom.

That being said, its possible for players to also get both Crypto's, Bangalore's, Revenant's, etc. Heirlooms.

@overpowred Yeah, I understand. Both are pretty much the same thing, (except one has a blue glow and the other one has a red glow).

Unfortunately, the packs cannot be refunded. (Being unable to refund Apex Store items is decision made by EA/Respawn. I have no control over it).
