2 PSN accounts linked to the INCORRECT EA account

I don't even know how this happened as MY account is the MAIN account on the PS4. But somehow my account is linked to an account that is deactivated and no longer in use.

Again, these two accounts should've NEVER EVEN BEEN MERGED IN THE FIRST PLACE WITH THE ONE ACCOUNT. So I am incredibly confused how someone that I KNOW hasn't played the game at all, has all of my items, or the items are lost to the void.

I have the PS4, I have the account, I have everything and any amount of proof that these are my items sent to another incorrect account. Again, I'm confused how they even got linked in the first place as there are TWO PSN accounts matched to ONE EA account. AND the account that they've linked to is a SECONDARY account on the PS4, instead of the PRIMARY.

To put it plainly, I have many purchased that I have not received from cross-progression that I would like to get access to.

As you can see from the pictures, there are 2 accounts linked (an unable to be un-linked) to one account. This is the incorrect account and an astute observer might notice that "Slashvenom666" is linked to this account, INSTEAD of the EA account SlashVenom.

To go further and why I believe this is an error and should've never happened is that the EA account "SlashVenom" shows that it's not even connected to the PSN account  "noona42069".

If you need any further information, I am more than willing and able to provide it.

PLEASE do not close this without at LEAST telling me WHY you are closing it. I put in an error report 2-3 months ago, only to go to check on it and see that it was closed 1 month ago with 0 email notification, or even a reason as to WHY it was closed. If I have a reason why it gets closed then there's no issue, but I would like to have my items. Again I don't even know how this went wrong, I assumed that I was going to be a person with no issues as typically I set all my accounts up with the same general usernames, emails, etc. and I've literally never had any form of an issue like this with any platform.

If they're lost to the void for whatever reason, or unable to be reclaimed because of some back-end stuff, then I can live with it but at least tell me that's the reason instead of just closing the ticket/question PLEASE. I have the case file and everything from what I submitted before, and it's incredibly infuriating to know that I went through all of the required steps to get assistance, only to get NONE and receive NO NOTIFICATION THAT MY TICKET WAS CLOSED.

Apologies for the caps and general less-than-friendly-tone, and I hope whoever has to deal with this has a good day.

    To confirm, you are seeing 2 PSN accounts linked to your EA account and the one that is now the new main account with Apex Legends cross-progression is not your main PSN account but the secondary one. 

    If so, would it be possible to confirm the following information?

    • What is your EA ID?
    • What are the PSN ID's of the 2 linked accounts?
    • Do you only see progress from one of the PSN accounts, or is progress from both now merged? 

    If you have 2 PSN accounts linked to one EA account, this is not advised as mentioned in our EA Help articles: 

    Essentially you would need to decide which one you would want to unlink from the EA account, to have on its own EA account. 

    However, please note that the one that gets unlinked will not be able to take any progress/items with it as they are stored at the EA account level and will remain with the current account.

  • Hey, this is happening to me rn but it won't let me unlink the second account. Are yall able to do it for me?
