Hi i have 3 ea accounts because i forgot the password to one of them so i made a new one but as to recently i have found the password to them and i want to merge them but i cant figure out how to do ...

I'm afraid there is not a way to combine or merge progress across different EA accounts.
Unlinking any platforms to connect them to a different EA account would cause access to that progress to be lost, rather than transferring that content.
Do feel free to check out our guide below for more info, but ultimately there is not a way to pull this progress to the same account if it was made across multiple accounts, sorry.
