300+ ping on every server

I have been experiencing high ping on every server and packet loss consistently when connecting to any server in Australia. This issue is only for apex and I am on gigabit Ethernet on my PC. Normally my lowest ping server would be ap-southeast-2 however at the moment the closest and lowest ping is us-west. I have tried changing DNS as well as whatever the EA support AI has suggested and none helped. Wondering if anyone has any solutions so I can play the game normally again.
