300 ping on second closest server

This has been an issue with apex for me for around a year or two. Pretty much im based in OCE my ping on Sydney servers sits around 30 ping but sadly the game is dead on Sydney servers so im forced to play on other servers. normally what someone would do is play on Singapore but on Singapore i get 300 ping constant maybe even higher. I feel like somehow its an issue with my account due to the fact ive moved so ive changed internet providers and locations as well as devices Ive played on and it stays the same. im forced to play on us-west / Oregon servers on 190 ping it isnt the worst games still playable but id much rather be on Singapore where i used to get 90-120. anyone got a clue whats going on and how I can fix it?
