I was about to open 50 Apex wishlist pack then all of a sudden my game crashed , logged back in , my 5000Apex coins gone and my 75,000 tokens too. my 50 Packs also vanished , bank says ive paid for it but its not in my inventory. (Ive spend 62.08$ for the 4350Apex coins) i had 650 coins in my inventory. I would realy like to get them back as im trying to get a hairloom (like everyone)
I have the same issue 3 days ago. Spent $100 on coins, then purchased 50 packs and upgraded them to wishlist with legend tokens. tried opening the packs and then "server error" and lost it all. tried the various resets they provided but nothing. filed a case and the support said "Our team has identified the issue on your account, and we’ll be pushing the missing coins and Legend Tokens to your account manually. You don’t need to take any further action—once the entitlement is processed, the items will appear automatically the next time you launch the game."
Waiting 3 days now and still nothing.
This same thing just happened to me an hour ago literally the EXACT same way you just explained. No packs, no new content. Nothing.
they told me to files a report here on the forum, they never said to me that they would fix the problem… where did you report this?
This actually happened to me last night when playing. I opened them and it had some error message like "server error". I have been talking to support for the last 2 hours and they literally sent me here to either upvote a post or make my own. What a waste of 5000 coins and my 75,000 tokens as well.
I had the same issue,
I contacted support, and they told me they are reporting it as a bug so the game team can investigate it.
but I’m not sure if they will return my missing packs.
Yea I’m not sure what they are gonna do it happened to me on the 22 of February and no one has done or reached out in any way, since the last time I spoke to EA help and they sent me here after 2 days of chatting @EA
Anyone have any luck yet? I still haven't gotten any results.
