60-80 packet loss Apex Legends in Ranking and Playlist

I've been having packet loss for 2 months in a row, this problem only occurs in Apex Legends and only in Control, Gun Game, TDM and Ranking. In public, packet loss appears rarely, once in 5 matches. In other games and royal battles, there are no such problems. Also, there are no connection problems, the Internet works well, there are no complaints.
