where is my account！！

I played Apex for 100 hours, but after taking a year-long break and trying to get back into it recently, I found out my old account had turned into a brand new level 1 account.

Hey YSNWDEZ, typically when you return and find your progress has been lost like this, it's due to linking a platform to a different EA account or logging into the wrong one entirely.

Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. Linking your platform to a different EA account would just cause you to lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset. Progress cannot be moved between different accounts.

We are not able to make any changes to your account status or progress via the forums, but if something was linked or unlinked incorrectly it may be worth contacting support to see if the original platforms can be re-linked.
