90-100% CPU usage when playing even on lowest possible settings

Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Everywhere except pointing to the sky or ocean (at airbase)
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Starts as soon as the dropship appears and continues through the game.
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? Enough to reached Level 100

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Extremely low fps (17 at most) during combat, movement, dropping from the ship. Up to 100% cpu usage during gameplay and 20%-ish GPU usage. Bug is happening every day, every match.
What should be happening instead? Before the bug i got above 120 fps during the same gameplay.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You can not since the bug appears at random and fixes itself on its own (last time is appeared right after voidwalker update and resolved on its own after a couple of days).

Check the attached image. The game is set to lowest possible settings. CPU usage is extremely high across all cores and gpu usage is very low. The same happens with maxed out graphics.

It does NOT happen in training mode.

Nothing is open in the background. Clean boot. Reinstalled windows, origin and the game.

Regarding fixes, I have done EVERYTHING. This really means that nothing you will suggest will work. Trust me, not being ignorant.
