A few questions about warnings

for all my fellow players that have more experience in this topics.

So I got banned randomly , I went to the ToS  team they said it was harassment.

So it was my first offense. I was in a bad place and got angry with my team.. etc etc.  Im not like that anymore.

I made some time to play in a netcoffee near my workplace today and I found that Im still banned after this mail

what do I do now? they issued a warning but I dont know the systems

what is a warning? or how much time does that take to go away?
