A very serious mistake about account bans

When facing unfair treatment, I must do everything in my power to show the team what’s actually happened—this is the last fight for my account. This game has been a vital part of my bond with friends, and it’s heartbreaking to lose it over a wrongful ban.If possible, I urge community managers to escalate our issue to the dev team and request a senior moderator to review our cases. I’m compiling a list of all players who lost accounts due to this specific malware, along with the software files that triggered the false bans. If this data is reviewed, the team will easily see that the banned software has zero relation to Apex—it’s designed for an entirely different game.
