Wi-Fi is fine, UU connect normal and my Xbox NAT is open.
Since yesterday enter apex all servers ping -1 packet loss 100%.
I don't know what to do and my EA account has not been banned. Somebody help me？

Community ManagerLooking at the Xbox status, that seems to be ok on their end too. Did the troubleshooting help at all?
Is PSN/Xbox Live status normal? I use Asia server.

There doesn't seem to be an issue with our Apex servers at the moment, so it must be something happening locally on your system. Could you try our general connection troubleshooting steps and let me know if that helps at all?
