Accidental purchase

So my grandma got me an apex coin card for pc but sadly I’m on Xbox, is there anyway to transfer the money from ea to Microsoft??

Okay, I see. If I was to log into my account on a PC and enter the code would i then be eligible?? Thanks for the response.

If you redeem the code on PC those coins will be added to your Apex Legends account, but they can only be used if you're playing on PC. You wouldn't see them on your account if you log into the game on your Xbox. The platforms are separate, so your coins don't carry over between them.
