accidently buying currency

i dont know how i bought currency  i wanted to get ultimate but somehow got tokens and now ive been thrown around by steam and ea telling me the other should be able to refund me i need real support ...

then what about giving me ultimate and manually removing my tokens as a switch since they both are the same price or even the ultimate is cheaper by a few cents?

Hey TheL1GHT​,

We don't have the ability to swap/exchange or refund purchases made on another platform, sorry.  

We cannot manually take your coins away and give you something else, you would need to go through the normal purchase systems.
