Hello iv been playing apex since release and today it made me sign in for some reason like I have a new account and I trying and now I don’t have nothing I used the same email and everything but now I don’t have anything
I hope somone can help me iv soent a lot of house and money

Usually when progress is lost, especially right after being prompted to sign back in, it's due to linking to a different EA account.
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset. Progress cannot be moved between different accounts.
We are not able to make any changes to your account status or progress via the forums, but if something was linked or unlinked incorrectly it may be worth contacting support to see if the original platform can be re-linked.
