Account data transfer

Please I’ve been stressing over this for years I’ve spent hundreds of dollars spent thousands of hours on the game my brother and my sisters husband have been playing the game non stop I can’t enjoy the game knowing I’ve lost so much stuff I was max level at that time (500) I had legendary skins for everything bought re colors for them too I even had a heirloom it would mean the world to me if I could get it back 

I’m pretty sure I didn’t get banned on apex it was a PlayStation ban so is there anyway to recover it

If there is a ban on the account, no account changes can be made to that EA account, that includes added or unlinking connected accounts. So the first step would be to examine the ban.

• For permanent PlayStation bans, you'd need to reach out to Sony Support: https://www.playstation.com/en-ie/support/account/appeal-suspension-psn/
• If it's an EA account ban, please fill out the webform to send in an appeal to the Terms of Service team if you believe a ban was added by mistake. 

From there, if the investigations show the ban is correctly applied, it will not be possible to unlink it from any connected accounts you've tethered to it. If the ban was mistakenly placed, it will be lifted and the support team can then assist you further with unlinking.
