Account Reset After Returning to Apex – Need Help Recovering Progress

Hi everyone,

I recently came back to Apex Legends after taking about a year-long break. When I logged into my account, I noticed that my progress appears to have been completely reset.

All of my previous stats, levels, and unlocks seem to be gone. It’s as if the account was wiped or reverted to a new account state.

I’m not sure what may have caused this. Possible reasons I’m considering:

1. An internal issue on Electronic Arts' side

2. A linking or synchronization issue with my steam account

3. Something else I may not be aware of

Has anyone experienced something similar after returning from a long break? Is there a way to recover a previously saved account, or check if the account is still tied to my EA profile?

Any guidance on how to properly contact support or verify account linkage would be greatly appreciated.
