I'm sorry to say, we cannot help with banned accounts over Answers HQ. You can submit up to 3 disputes with ToS so if you haven't done that, please follow the instructions in the article here. Thank you.

Every single person does not care about my issue, and they have no inclination in returning my account to the way it was before it was stolen... i believe that everyone that plays ea games should see how yall treat you fanbase before they actually purchase and play your games
