Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

Hello EA, my account was recently compromised, and I was able to get my account back for a short period of time by talking with one of your live operators but around a day later it was banned since I'm guessing the hacker who stole my account was cheating on it. I'm really wondering if I have to take the penalty and consequences for someone else actions. As well it is not allowing me to play on other accounts due to the ban, and I just want to play Apex fair with my friends and randoms. I've already appealed countless number of times, but they just keep getting denied. If possible could finding the IP from the games that were cheated on my account be tracked because I believe the cheater is outside of the United States since the email that was switched on my account during the time I didn't have access was really weird, maybe was Russian and I've never left the U.S. EA can y'all please look into this a little deeper for me because I don't want to lose the money I've spent on this game and I've been supporting Electronic Arts since I could hold a controller. Loosing this game as a whole would really suck knowing I'm being wrong fully accused of cheating. If there's any more information y'all need about this, please let me know my in-game email is the same as the email on this account and my username is FadedKanoa. It got switched to fadedkanoe when my account was hacked.
