Account hasn't merged on apex

So I've played apex since launch, took a break to play on Xbox with my brother then went back to ps4. Stopped playing for awhile then started up again and then I got a gaming laptops so moved over to steam. So now I'm back to merge my accounts, Why is nothing working? I was really high level on PS4 I've got loads of skins and items and I'm pretty sure I had a decent amount of legend tokens and coin and most of the legends unlocked too. I've looked for tips but I can't see why it hasn't worked I've never unlinked anything

You didn't do anything wrong in this matter. Cross Progression is happening in waves so that we can have a smooth transition.

Eventually, the prompt should come to you soon. But, we don't have an exact time lapse as to when you'll receive the notification to merge your accounts. I've been waiting as well since the new season was released. Just as long as your platform accounts are under the same EA Account, you should be fine.

hello, right now i loaded to apex and i got a notification on screen "cross progresion is here" and it said i need to wait a few minutes but when i went to lobby i didnt get anything

Same for me... Triple checked that the right accounts are connected too...

@shalikas100 This is exactly what happened to me as well. I didn’t receive my lifeline heirloom as well as other cosmetics and battlepass rewards from seasons 0-4 on Xbox. My PC account is my main and is what I’ve been playing on ever since. This matter is just wild

The prompt for cross progression shows up in the main menu before logging into the lobby on Apex Legends. What you saw was the announcement based off the game. It's actually like a message board they in the game so do not be fooled. I was fooled was as well when I was waiting for my accounts to merge. But eventually, you will get the notification to merge your accounts.

Make sure that all your platform accounts are linked under the same EA Account and not unlinked from any other EA Profile to your main account.

@TheRedLion93 I got the notification yesterday about saying it was here and I already had my ea hooked up with my ps4 and apparently steam but I still not have gotten anything transferred to my pc. I think everything I had got transferred to console, which I’m updating on my ps4 currently to check but I’ve kept checking and nothing has shown up not even my coins and etc.
all it said was cross progression is here then it said wait a moment and once I was in the in game screen nothing showed besides what I had on pc
