Account is not permitted to play online

Hi! I’m on Ps5 and I was kicked from a match and am now getting a “this account is not permitted to play online” message. I have no bans or suspensions on my account and I can’t open an EA help ticke...

Sorry to hear but puts my mind at ease cause im having the same issue, i thought i was ban but im not that good. So i deleted the application and im re-downloading it to see if that helps
