Hi! I’m on Ps5 and I was kicked from a match and am now getting a “this account is not permitted to play online” message. I have no bans or suspensions on my account and I can’t open an EA help ticke...

Tried to hop on today and im getting a profile is not permitted to play online even tho i am! (Xbox) is this a crash happening for everyone??
