account issue

I tried to claim my reward yesterday for twitch prime on Apex Legends but i cant seem to get it on my ps4 account. Today i was looking on my account at ea.com to try and figure out the issue and realized that somehow my old playstation ID from years ago was linked to it. Havent used that account since ps3 days around 5 years ago if not longer. I couldnt change the account that was linked so i made a new ea account for my current psn ID although i cant seem to figure out how to link them.

So basically i dont know what my current EA account is i guess or how to find out. I can play games no problem but i dont know how to find my EA account currently linked to my psn account. I have no problem signing into origin, ubisoft, or playstation as well as am able to claim rewards from twitch on rocket league and call of duty.
