It sounds like when you linked your accounts, you might've unintentionally unlinked that 202-hour account from the EA account it was initially linked to, which would explain the missing progress per the third cross-progression scenario here.
For context, progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. Because of that, if you link your platform to a different EA account after the merge, you'll lose access to that progress and will need to re-link your platform to its original EA account to try restoring any missing progress.
