Account not permitted to play online

Heve been getting the same error message for about a month now. Have tried all the trouble shooting guides on EA like EVERYTHING. even tried a different account on my console nothing fixes it and I cant seem to find help anywhere. Even tried talking to someone at mircrosft and they were no help and put it back on EA
